Chapati

Ingredients:

l 1 kilo wheat flour
l Add 2 cups water
l Mix and knead into a dough.
l While needing add 2tbsp oil
l Leave for 10 mins

Directions:

l Take small ball of dough (palm sized) cover lightly in flour.
l Roll out in circle with rolling pin until thin.
l Place on a dry heated pan for
30 sec (or use a toasting plate.)
l Toast until lightly brown.
l Serve immediately.
